Your phone system stops being a switchboard
and starts working for you.

Basic and PRO route calls. The AI Edition does something different. It answers callers when no one is free, turns every conversation into searchable text, and shows you how customers actually felt on the call. Three things change the day you switch it on.

You stop missing calls

Every call gets answered, greeted and logged — after 6pm, during lunch, on a Sunday — so a live enquiry never rings out and quietly disappears to whoever picks up next.

You know what was said

Every call and voicemail becomes written text with a short summary, so “he said, she said” is settled by a record — not by two people’s memories weeks later.

You see how customers felt

Every conversation gets a sentiment score, so an unhappy customer shows up on a report — before they quietly stop calling and you never find out why.

AI Receptionist

The call you never knew you missed

It’s 6:10pm. Your team has gone home. The phone rings — a real enquiry — and it rings out. By morning, that caller has phoned someone else. You never even knew they called.

The AI Receptionist answers it.

It picks up on the first ring, around the clock. It greets the caller, answers the routine questions — your hours, your location, whether you supply what they’re asking for — and routes them to the right person by name. If no one’s available, it takes the details so you call back first thing, instead of finding out you lost a lead you never saw.

Answers 24/7

Every call picked up, day or night, weekend or holiday — never sent to a dead line. The caller always reaches something, not silence.

Routes by name

Works out who the caller needs and transfers them to the right extension or department — no operator, no waiting on hold for a human to redirect.

Captures the enquiry

Gathers the caller’s details and reason for calling, so even an after-hours call lands as a lead you can act on the next morning.

For a Dubai business, one missed call can be a 50,000 AED project that went to whoever picked up. The AI Receptionist exists so that number is never zero. Send us your team size on WhatsApp and we’ll size the AI Edition for you in AED.

Free your people from the calls
that don’t need a person.

Most phone lines carry the same five questions all day — your hours, your location, an order status — while the call that actually matters hits a busy line. The AI Edition takes the repetitive load off your team, so their time goes to the conversations that bring in money.

AI Agents handle the routine

Trained on your own information, AI Agents answer the repeat questions and routine requests on their own, then pass real callers through to your team. The repetitive 70% is handled; your people get the 30% that needs them.

Spam and nuisance calls filtered

AI Agents screen out spam and robocalls before they reach a desk, so your team’s time goes to customers — not to time-wasters and recorded sales pitches.

AI Assistant backs up live staff

On a live call, the AI Personal Assistant supports your staff in real time — surfacing what they need so even a newer team member answers confidently, instead of “let me check and call you back.”

AI Transcription

Every call, in writing

“He said you promised fifteen percent.” “She said delivery was Tuesday.” A dispute, and no record but memory. Or a salesperson leaves — and every account’s history walks out in their head.

The AI Edition writes down every call.

Every call and voicemail is automatically turned into searchable text, with a short summary and a sentiment score on each one. It works across the languages your customers actually speak — over thirty of them, including Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam and Tagalog — and separates each speaker so the transcript is easy to follow. You choose the engine that suits you: Google, OpenAI Whisper, 3CX’s own, or the newest option, Grok, the lowest-cost of the four.

A written record of every conversation

Settle a dispute with the actual words, not two people’s memories. Search months of calls for who promised what, in seconds.

Onboard staff from real history

A new salesperson reads the account’s call history instead of guessing. Nothing lives only in one person’s head anymore.

Quality-check without listening

Read a one-line summary instead of sitting through an hour of audio. Spot the calls worth reviewing from the score — not by luck.

Grok has made this cheaper than it has ever been. But cheaper raises a question worth asking first — about where your call audio actually goes.
Data residency — the on-premise option

Your call audio can stay inside your building.

There’s a question worth asking before any call audio is sent to a cloud transcription engine: where does that audio go? Google, OpenAI Whisper, 3CX’s own cloud and Grok all send the recording out to that provider to be transcribed. For most businesses that is perfectly fine. For a bank, a clinic, a law firm or a government supplier, it may not be.

So 3CX also offers a self-hosted transcription engine that runs on a server inside your own network. Every call is still transcribed, summarised and scored — but the audio never crosses your firewall, and nothing is sent to an outside provider. All of the AI, none of the data leaving the building. For the regulated Dubai buyer, that is often the line that decides it — and Datavox installs and configures it as part of the setup.

See how the customer felt,
not just that they called.

A call log tells you a call happened. It doesn’t tell you the customer hung up frustrated — and that they won’t call back, they’ll just go quiet. AI Analytics puts a number on the feeling, so the calls that went wrong show up on a report instead of disappearing.

A sentiment score on every call

Each conversation is scored for how the customer felt, from the words actually used. The call that went badly is flagged — not left for you to discover when the customer is already gone.

Averages across your whole team

See average sentiment per person, per queue and per ring group, in real time. Know which of your team is strong on the phone and who needs a hand — measured, not guessed.

Summaries and trends, not hours of audio

Every call comes with a short summary, and trends show patterns across the week — a rising complaint, a recurring objection, a bad afternoon — so you act on the shape of things, not on one call you happened to overhear.

Editions & licensing

Which edition unlocks the AI

The AI features sit in two places, and it’s worth knowing which is which before you choose — so you pay for exactly what you need, and nothing you don’t.

PRO covers voicemail

If you only need voicemails to arrive as readable text, the PRO edition already includes voicemail transcription. No need to go further for that alone.

AI Edition unlocks the suite

The AI receptionist, AI agents, full call transcription, summaries, sentiment and AI analytics all sit in the AI Edition — the complete built-in AI set, in one tier.

Licensed by simultaneous calls

3CX is priced per year by how many calls run at once — not per user — with one, two or three-year terms. It runs on your Etisalat or du SIP trunk, within TDRA rules.

Not sure which edition you need, or how many simultaneous calls that works out to? Send Datavox your team size on WhatsApp and we’ll size it and send an exact AED quote the same working day. See how the pricing works on our 3CX pricing page, and if your current licence is due, our licence renewal page covers that.

The 3CX AI Edition across Dubai
and all seven emirates.

Datavox supplies, installs and supports the 3CX AI Edition wherever you are in the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — with most setup handled remotely. Within Dubai, active client sites include Business Bay, DIFC, Jumeirah Lake Towers, World Trade Centre, Downtown, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Jebel Ali, Dubai South, Al Quoz, Deira, Bur Dubai, Barsha Heights, Dubai Marina, Al Garhoud, Al Jaddaf, Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai Festival City, Al Barsha, Oud Metha and International City — with same-day on-site response across central Dubai when a system needs hands-on attention.

What Dubai businesses say about the 3CX AI Edition.

★★★★★

"Half our enquiries used to come in after six, when the office was empty, and they just rang out — we’d find out the next day we’d lost them. The AI receptionist answers every one now, takes the details, and the lead is sitting there in the morning. Datavox set it up on our existing numbers in a day and quoted everything in AED first."

"We wanted call transcription, but our compliance team would not allow customer audio to leave our own servers. Datavox showed us the self-hosted engine — everything is transcribed and scored, but the audio never leaves our network. That was the deciding factor. They handled the whole on-premise setup and explained exactly where the data sits."

"Every call is written up and scored now, so instead of listening to hours of recordings I read the summaries and go straight to the ones that went badly. It changed how I coach the team — I can show them the actual conversation. Datavox trained the agents on our own information, so the routine questions get handled before they even reach us."

The 3CX AI Edition — your questions answered.

The AI Edition is the top tier of the 3CX phone system, and it is what unlocks the full set of built-in AI features. On top of everything PRO does, it adds an AI receptionist that answers and routes calls on its own, AI agents that handle routine questions, full transcription of every call with automatic summaries and a sentiment score, and AI analytics that show how customers felt across your team. It is the same 3CX system you already know — the AI features are built in, not a separate product bolted on. Datavox sizes, licenses and installs it across the UAE, and we will tell you exactly what it costs in AED for your team size before anything is ordered.
No — it covers the calls your staff cannot. The AI receptionist answers every call around the clock, greets the caller, handles the routine questions like your hours or location, and routes them to the right person by name. When a call needs a real person, it passes it straight through; when no one is available, it takes the caller’s details so you can call back. The point is not to remove your team — it is to make sure a live enquiry at 6pm, during lunch, or on a Sunday is answered and captured instead of ringing out and going to whoever picks up next. Your people still handle the conversations that matter; the system stops the ones that used to slip away.
It depends on which transcription engine you choose, and this is an important point for any business with data-residency requirements. The cloud engines — Google, OpenAI Whisper, 3CX’s own cloud, and the newer low-cost Grok — send the call audio out to that provider to be transcribed. For most businesses that is perfectly fine. But if you are a bank, a clinic, a law firm or a government supplier whose calls carry account numbers, medical details or case information, 3CX also offers a self-hosted transcription engine that runs on your own server, inside your own network, so no audio ever leaves the building. Datavox will help you choose the right option for your compliance position before anything is set up.
Yes. 3CX provides a self-hosted transcription engine — the Transcription Engine Server — that does the speech-to-text work on a server inside your own network rather than in the cloud. Every call is still transcribed, summarised and scored, but the audio never crosses your firewall and nothing is sent to an outside provider. For regulated businesses in Dubai this is often the deciding feature, because it gives the full benefit of AI transcription while keeping all customer audio on-premise. Datavox installs and configures the self-hosted engine as part of the setup. Tell us your data-residency requirements and we will build the system around them.
The transcription covers more than thirty languages and detects them automatically, including the languages a Dubai workforce actually uses on the phone — Arabic, English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tagalog and many more. It also separates each speaker, so a transcript reads as a clear back-and-forth rather than one block of text, and every call comes with a short summary and a sentiment score. Because you can choose the transcription engine, you can pick the one that handles your particular mix of languages and accents best. If you want, send us a sample of the kind of calls you take and we will advise which engine suits them.
No. Voicemail transcription is included in the PRO edition, so if all you want is voicemails arriving as readable text, PRO already covers it. The AI Edition is what you need for the rest of the AI suite — full transcription of live calls, the AI receptionist, AI agents, and AI analytics with sentiment scoring across your team. A good way to decide is to look at what you are trying to solve: if it is just reading voicemails, PRO is enough; if you want to answer more calls, write down every conversation and measure how customers felt, that is the AI Edition. Datavox will help you pick the edition that fits, without paying for more than you need.
The AI Edition is priced per year by the number of simultaneous calls your system needs — not by the number of users — so the right figure depends on the size of your team rather than a single headline price. It is an annual subscription, and it can be taken for one, two or three years at a time. Because every business is a different size, the honest answer is that we size it to you: send Datavox your team size or how many calls you handle at once on WhatsApp, and we will send an exact AED quote the same working day, before anything is ordered. You can see how 3CX pricing works in more detail on our pricing page.
The transcription and AI features are built on the same large language models used across the wider AI industry, and they handle natural speech, accents and mixed-language conversations well — which matters in Dubai, where a single call can move between Arabic, English and Hindi. Language is detected automatically, and because you can choose between Google, OpenAI Whisper, 3CX and Grok, you can select the engine that performs best on your particular calls. The AI features also improve continuously as 3CX expands them, so the system gets better over time rather than standing still. No automated system is flawless, which is why the transcripts always sit alongside the original recording — you keep both.
Yes — setup is included as standard, the same way it is with any 3CX system we supply. Datavox configures the AI receptionist prompts and call routing, trains the AI agents on your own information, connects the transcription engine you have chosen — cloud or self-hosted — and sets up the analytics and sentiment reporting so it is useful from day one. The system runs on your Etisalat or du SIP trunk, all within TDRA rules. For ongoing help afterwards we offer an AMC, with a two-hour remote response during working hours, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, and same-day on-site response across central Dubai. Send us your team size and we will scope the whole thing.
Datavox supplies, installs and supports the 3CX AI Edition across all seven UAE emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
