3CX is priced by calls,
not by people.
This is the part that surprises most buyers, and it is why 3CX comes in far cheaper than per-user systems. You do not pay for every member of staff. You pay for the number of calls happening at the same time — the simultaneous calls — and within that licence, extensions are unlimited.

You licence the number of calls the system can carry at once, per year. Whether those calls run over Etisalat, du or the apps, the licence size is what matters — not how many people are on the payroll.
Unlimited extensions
Every extension you need is included in the licence. Add staff, add desk phones, add the mobile and web apps — none of it raises the licence cost, as long as you stay within your simultaneous-call number.

Basic, PRO or AI Edition?

Three editions sit on the same software. The difference is what each one turns on. Most businesses start on PRO; offices that want the phone answering for them move to AI Edition. The right choice is the one that fits how your team actually works — not the most expensive one.
Basic
Core telephony for a straightforward office — calls, unlimited extensions, voicemail, and the iOS, Android and web apps so staff can work from anywhere. The right fit when you simply need a reliable phone system.
PRO — the common choice
Everything in Basic plus call queues, call recording, CRM integration and contact-centre call handling. This is where most Dubai businesses land — the features a team actually uses day to day.
AI Edition
Everything in PRO plus the 3CX AI suite — AI Receptionist, AI Personal Assistant, AI Agents and AI Transcription — with Microsoft Teams direct routing on larger licences. For offices that want the phone answering and routing on its own.
What the licence price does not cover
The figures above are the 3CX software licence only. A working phone system needs a few more parts — and we would rather you see them now than find them on an invoice later.
SIP trunk & numbers
The lines and phone numbers come from Etisalat or du. Datavox configures the trunk on your system and quotes it separately — it is not part of the 3CX licence.
IP phones & headsets
Desk phones, conference units and headsets — Yealink, Fanvil, Grandstream — are hardware, priced per unit. We supply and provision them, matched to your edition.
Server & hosting
UAE systems run on a server at your premises for data residency and TDRA fit. The on-premise server is a one-off; there is no monthly 3CX-hosting fee when self-hosted.
Installation & setup
Sizing, install, the trunk and extensions, IVR and call flows, testing and handover. Datavox quotes installation in AED up front — included as a clear line, never a surprise.
