3CX Support & AMC in Dubai
It’s 9:10 on a Monday and the phones aren’t working — one-way audio on every outside call, or nothing coming in at all — and the person who set the system up is gone, or isn’t answering. You need someone who knows 3CX, knows your Etisalat or du trunk, and picks up. Datavox keeps 3CX systems running across the UAE — a two-hour remote response for AMC clients, same-day on-site across central Dubai, Monday to Saturday. Even if we didn’t install it. Tell us what’s happening on WhatsApp.
A phone system is only as good
as the people behind it.
3CX is reliable — until an update, a trunk, a firewall change or a phone setting quietly breaks something, and the calls stop. What matters then is who you can reach, how fast, and whether they actually know your system. That’s the whole job: keep your 3CX running, your team reachable, and a real person on the other end of WhatsApp.
When it breaks
One-way audio, calls not coming in, the system down before a busy day — a two-hour remote response for AMC clients, and same-day on-site across central Dubai.
Your team, anywhere
Desk phones, the mobile app that actually rings, and branches that dial each other for free — set up properly and kept working as you grow.
One team to call
Updates, security, backups and changes handled by people who know your setup — so it doesn’t all sit on you, and you’re never alone with a dead phone system.
When the calls suddenly stop
Internal calls work fine. Outside calls don’t. You can hear them but they can’t hear you — or nothing comes in at all. Everything was working yesterday. This is the call you don’t want to be making at 9:10 on a Monday.
We know where 3CX actually breaks.
One-way audio is almost always a network setting — NAT, a firewall rule, SIP ALG left switched on, a codec mismatch. Calls that won’t come in are usually the trunk registration or the way your DID numbers are formatted. A trunk that has dropped into a failed state, a certificate that has expired and taken the web client down with it — these have a cause, and we find it instead of guessing. We work out whether it’s 3CX, your network, or your Etisalat or du trunk, and we fix the right thing.
One-way or no audio
You hear them, they can’t hear you — or silence both ways on outside calls. We trace it to the NAT, firewall or codec setting behind it and put it right.
Calls not coming in or going out
Inbound failing, or “destination not available” on outbound. Usually trunk registration or DID formatting — checked against how Etisalat or du actually send your numbers.
System down or web client dead
A failed trunk, an expired certificate, an update that didn’t land. We get the system answering again — two-hour remote response for AMC clients, same-day on-site in central Dubai.
The mobile app is only useful
if it actually rings.
The whole point of 3CX is that your team carries the office in their pocket — the office number, on their own phone, anywhere. But when push notifications fail, the phone stays silent and the call just shows up as “missed” afterwards. Nobody notices. And a call you never knew came in is a customer you quietly lost. Getting the mobile app to ring, every time, is one of the things we do best.
Push that actually rings
The app ringing on the first call, even with the phone asleep — across iPhone and Android. We fix the OS settings, provisioning, certificate and push configuration behind reliable notifications.
Reachable from anywhere
Staff taking office calls from home, on the road or at another site — connected properly so the app works on mobile data and outside the office WiFi, without dropping.
Set up so it just works
New phones provisioned, extensions added, the app installed and tested on each device — so a new joiner is taking calls on day one, not fighting with notifications.
Branches that dial each other
like they’re in the same room
Two offices, or ten. A head office and a warehouse. A Dubai site and a branch in another emirate. They should all dial each other by extension, for free — and a call to the main number should reach whoever’s free, wherever they sit.
We pick the right way to connect them.
There isn’t one answer — there are three, and the right one depends on your sites and your internet. A bridge gives each office its own system that keeps working even if the link between sites goes down. An SBC lets remote phones connect cleanly to one central system through the firewall. A site-to-site VPN makes every branch phone behave as if it’s local. We choose based on how many sites you have, how good each connection is, and whether each office needs to survive on its own — then we keep presence, dialing and call quality working across all of them.
Free calls between offices
Every branch dials every other branch by extension, at no call cost — one numbering plan across all your sites, set up so nobody has to think about it.
Remote phones that stay connected
Phones at a branch or a home office connected to your system through an SBC or VPN — stable audio, no “full cone failed” firewall headaches.
Presence across every site
See who’s on a call or available across all branches, transfer between sites, and keep the whole organisation visible on one system.
Your 3CX runs on your server.
The upkeep can run on us.
In the UAE, a 3CX system lives on your own server or your own cloud account — which means the operating system, the security, the backups and every update are yours to manage. Most businesses don’t have time for that, and it only gets noticed when something breaks. An Annual Maintenance Contract moves the whole burden to us, before it becomes a problem.
Updates applied carefully
3CX ships frequent updates — security fixes and real features. We apply them off-hours, with a full backup taken first, so you get the improvements without a Monday surprise.
Security and backups handled
The operating system patched, brute-force and SIP attacks blocked, country dialing restricted, and backups taken and actually tested — so a recovery works when you need it.
Priority response when it matters
AMC clients get a two-hour remote response and same-day on-site across central Dubai, Monday to Saturday — your system at the front of the queue, not the back.
New system, inherited system,
or just growing
Whether you’re putting 3CX in for the first time, taking over one somebody else left behind, or simply adding people as you grow — it’s the same team, and the same standard.
Installed and handed over
Phones provisioned, your Etisalat or du trunk connected within TDRA rules, IVR, queues and ring groups built around how you actually work — tested, and handed over working from day one.
We’ll take over your system
Already running 3CX and need someone reliable behind it? We take over an existing system — even one nobody’s maintained — review it, clean it up, and keep it running.
Changes as you grow
Add extensions, onboard new staff, open a branch, change an IVR or move DID numbers — handled quickly, without breaking what already works.

What Dubai businesses say about our 3CX support.
"All our outgoing calls suddenly went one-way — customers couldn’t hear us, and we’d changed nothing. I messaged Datavox and they were into the system within the hour, found it was a firewall setting, and had us back before lunch. No drama, no ticket queue. This is why we keep them on an AMC."
"Half the team works from home and the mobile app never rang reliably — calls just showed up as missed afterwards. Datavox sorted the push notifications properly across all the phones, and now it just works. They also handle the updates so I don’t have to think about it. Worth every dirham of the AMC."
"We have three clinics and the previous setup didn’t even let them dial each other. Datavox took over the whole system, connected all three sites so staff dial by extension, and cleaned up a system nobody had touched in over a year. One number to call now whenever we need anything."
